Customer Service Representative

(onsite assignment, graveyard shift)

Qualifications
Preferably with at least 6 months of CSR (Healthcare Account-Insurance) experience
Excellent verbal and written English Communication Skills
Average Typing Speed of 45-50 WPM
Excellent and able to Multi-task on the following: Answering email inquiries, Able to do Inbound Calls, Able to do Outbound Calls for Callbacks
Fast learner & highly trainable with good analytical skills
Team player and able to work with less supervision
Knowledge using Microsoft Excel Files
Good problem solver & has a Positive attitude
Must be willing to work graveyard shifts, weekends, and holidays
Well-organized, Responsible, and Initiative
Independent with positive work ethic and passion to succeed
Willing to start immediately

Key Responsibilities
Manage incoming calls from policyholders regarding insurance claims, coverage, and benefits.
Respond promptly to emails and inquiries through various communication channels, including chat, social media, and email.
Collaborate with healthcare providers, insurance carriers, and other stakeholders to resolve complex claims and issues.
Provide accurate and up-to-date information about insurance policies, benefits, and coverage to policyholders.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues quickly and effectively.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to insurance support services.
Collaborate with other departments, such as claims processing and underwriting, to provide a seamless customer experience
