HR Generalist

 Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment and Onboarding:

    • Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
    • Participate in interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
    • Coordinate new hire orientations and facilitate smooth onboarding processes.
  2. Employee Relations:

    • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and procedures.
    • Support in resolving employee conflicts or grievances, maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
    • Assist in conducting employee surveys to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
  3. HR Administration:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and HR databases.
    • Assist in administering employee benefits, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
    • Prepare HR-related documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and performance evaluations.
  4. Training and Development:

    • Coordinate training sessions and workshops to support employee development and skills enhancement.
    • Assist in identifying training needs and evaluating training effectiveness.
    • Maintain training records and monitor employee progress in developmental activities.
  5. Compliance and Policy Adherence:

    • Stay updated on labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance.
    • Assist in implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures.
    • Support in conducting HR audits and compliance checks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Previous experience in HR or administrative roles preferred, particularly within the architecture or design industry.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
  • At least 3 years experience

 Salary Package:

₱ 25,000.00 - 30,000.00 (Philippine Peso)
