HR Generalist
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Participate in interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Coordinate new hire orientations and facilitate smooth onboarding processes.
- Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Support in resolving employee conflicts or grievances, maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
- Assist in conducting employee surveys to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- HR Administration:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and HR databases.
- Assist in administering employee benefits, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
- Prepare HR-related documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and performance evaluations.
- Training and Development:
- Coordinate training sessions and workshops to support employee development and skills enhancement.
- Assist in identifying training needs and evaluating training effectiveness.
- Maintain training records and monitor employee progress in developmental activities.
- Compliance and Policy Adherence:
- Stay updated on labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance.
- Assist in implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures.
- Support in conducting HR audits and compliance checks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous experience in HR or administrative roles preferred, particularly within the architecture or design industry.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
- A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- At least 3 years experience
Salary Package:
₱ 25,000.00 - 30,000.00 (Philippine Peso)
