We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Professional to join our growing team in Cebu. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding business relationships within the restaurant industry. This position requires a strong understanding of restaurant operations, excellent sales and communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- New Business Development: Identify and acquire new clients within the restaurant industry, including independent restaurants, chains, catering companies, and other food service providers.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activity, and potential new markets.
- Presentations and Proposals: Deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of Golden Restaurant Inc.'s products and services.
- Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activity and provide regular reports to management.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the restaurant industry or a related field.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including food and beverage, supply chain, and customer service.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence others.
- Presentation Skills: Confident and persuasive presentation skills, with the ability to deliver effective sales pitches.
- Negotiation Skills: Proven negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals and achieve favorable outcomes.
- Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation, with a commitment to exceeding client expectations.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and Cebuano is required.
