Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment and Onboarding:

    • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and hiring decisions.
    • Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new employees to integrate them into the organization.
  2. Employee Relations:

    • Act as the point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution.
    • Foster a positive workplace culture through communication and engagement strategies.
    • Advise managers and employees on company policies, procedures, and labor laws.
  3. HR Administration:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
    • Process employee documentation, such as contracts, promotions, transfers, and terminations.
    • Oversee payroll preparation, leave tracking, and benefits administration.
  4. Training and Development:

    • Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
    • Organize workshops, seminars, and coaching sessions to enhance skills and productivity.
  5. Performance Management:

    • Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems.
    • Support managers in setting performance goals and conducting evaluations.
    • Recommend strategies for employee improvement and recognition.
  6. Compliance and Policies:

    • Ensure compliance with labor laws, workplace safety regulations, and company policies.
    • Develop and update HR policies and employee handbooks as needed.
    • Manage audits related to HR processes and ensure proper documentation.
  7. Compensation and Benefits:

    • Assist in the design and management of competitive compensation and benefits packages.
    • Address employee queries regarding salary, benefits, and other compensation matters.
  8. HR Metrics and Reporting:

    • Track and analyze HR metrics such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and recruitment effectiveness.
    • Generate reports and provide insights to management for informed decision-making.
  9. Other Duties:

    • Assist in organizational development and change management initiatives.
    • Provide support during disciplinary actions, investigations, and terminations.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in HR roles.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Knowledge of HR systems, employment laws, and best practices.
    • Proficiency in HR software and tools (e.g., HRIS, payroll systems). We are using Sprout software
    • Problem-solving, organizational, and time-management abilities.
    • Confidentiality and ethical judgment.

 Salary Package:

₱ 20,000.00 - 22,000.00 (Philippine Peso)
