Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and hiring decisions.
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new employees to integrate them into the organization.
- Employee Relations:
- Act as the point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Foster a positive workplace culture through communication and engagement strategies.
- Advise managers and employees on company policies, procedures, and labor laws.
- HR Administration:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Process employee documentation, such as contracts, promotions, transfers, and terminations.
- Oversee payroll preparation, leave tracking, and benefits administration.
- Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
- Organize workshops, seminars, and coaching sessions to enhance skills and productivity.
- Performance Management:
- Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems.
- Support managers in setting performance goals and conducting evaluations.
- Recommend strategies for employee improvement and recognition.
- Compliance and Policies:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, workplace safety regulations, and company policies.
- Develop and update HR policies and employee handbooks as needed.
- Manage audits related to HR processes and ensure proper documentation.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Assist in the design and management of competitive compensation and benefits packages.
- Address employee queries regarding salary, benefits, and other compensation matters.
- HR Metrics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze HR metrics such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and recruitment effectiveness.
- Generate reports and provide insights to management for informed decision-making.
- Other Duties:
- Assist in organizational development and change management initiatives.
- Provide support during disciplinary actions, investigations, and terminations.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in HR roles.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of HR systems, employment laws, and best practices.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools (e.g., HRIS, payroll systems). We are using Sprout software
- Problem-solving, organizational, and time-management abilities.
- Confidentiality and ethical judgment.
Salary Package:
₱ 20,000.00 - 22,000.00 (Philippine Peso)
