Corporate Reservations Manager

 Job Description:

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of corporate reservations for 9 properties, ensuring smooth and efficient processes for both group and individual bookings.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for online travel agencies
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement online sales strategies to drive bookings and increase revenue.
  • Ensure that all reservation systems are updated and accurate across all properties, including daily review of availability, rates, and special promotions.
  • Train and mentor the reservations team, ensuring they follow procedures, maintain high levels of accuracy, and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Monitor reservation trends, corporate account bookings, online travel agency bookings, direct bookings, and guest feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze occupancy levels and booking patterns to recommend rate adjustments and special offers, maximizing revenue for all properties.
  • Coordinate with front office and other departments to ensure the seamless handling of corporate bookings, ensuring all special requests and requirements are met.
  • Resolve booking issues, guest complaints, or escalated concerns related to corporate reservations quickly and effectively.
  • Maintain detailed records of all reservations and market segments, ensuring proper documentation and reporting for future reference and audits.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management regarding occupancy forecast, revenue generation from market segments, among others.
  • Coordinate daily with property heads or front office regarding room availabilities
  • Conduct frequent competitor checks in relation to online rates in order to maximize revenue
  • Implement dynamic rate pricing across online booking channels, employing Best Available Rate system
  • Familiarity with IFCA system is a preference
