Job Overview

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a critical role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to support our growing team in Cebu. You will collaborate with hiring managers, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. This role follows a hybrid work setup and requires working a midshift schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels (job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking, etc.) to attract qualified candidates.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience and represent IONOS as an employer of choice.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in the IT/BPO industry.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and job portals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in handling mid to senior-level hiring is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

 Salary Package:

₱ 60,000.00 - 80,000.00 (Philippine Peso)
