Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily depot operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Coordinate with logistics, sales, and inventory teams to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods in compliance with company standards.
• Develop and implement operational procedures to improve workflow and reduce costs.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide training to depot staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Prepare and submit operational reports to management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Depot Operations Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and MS Office applications.
• Ability to analyze operational data and implement improvements.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to warehousing and logistics.
