Duties:

Manages, directs, and leads the entire sales team.

Responsible for managing accounts to achieve long term engagement.

Ensures clients satisfaction and develops positive, supportive and collaborative relationships.

Generates new sales opportunities and builds potential customer network.

Creates detailed sales business plans.

Has an existing customer-based network.

Articulate, with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Smart, pro-active, presentable, pleasing personality

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree with at least 5 years work-related experience in a supervisory capacity, 2 of
which in managerial capacity
Has a customer-based network with STRONG relationship
Pro-active, creative and passionate about work
Hands-on and can LEAD a team
With marketing and customer account development background
Has experience in canvassing and sales planning to set strategies to achieve targets
Has engaged with customers with big revenue or by volume
Result-driven with excellent communication and selling skills
Can work independently and with minimal supervision
Possesses initiative and resourcefulness
Knowledgeable in social media marketing.
Preferably knows how to drive a 4-wheel vehicle or a motorcycle with valid drivers license
