Manages various HR and administrative tasks including contracts, disciplinary actions, leave validation,
and documentation for construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates for workers only
Process clearance of resigned and completion for workers
Preparation of Quitclaim
Print payslip
Monitor daily attendance per site and endorse for memo issuances
Compiling and updating employees records (soft and hard copies)
Process cash advance (CA) of workers
Can handle petty cash and do liquidations and reimbursement
Do Liaison works (permits, billings)
Perform assign task as necessary
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in psychology or any relevant Human Resources
Must possess strong interpersonal skills
Pro-active and capable of multi-tasking
Willing to be trained
At least 3 years and up experience as an HR.
