GOALS OF THE POSITION:
The Investment Domain Manager will be responsible for and overall owner of the Investment Pillar. This person will be responsible for the pillars process flow, playbook definition and maintenance, tool enhancements, understanding of all data collection, curation and process improvements of the pillar. The person will be a data steward and manages the end-to-end lifecycle of Sourcescrubs investment data. The Investment Domain Manager will have regular collaboration with the Product, Quality and L&D teams to improve the investment data delivery.
As the Investment Domain Manager, you will lead the operations of the Investment Pillar together with the Production Manager. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of our data within the investment pillar in the production line and drive continuous improvement in the Investment Pillar
The ideal candidate for this role is a natural leader, self-starter, and critical thinker with solid experience in investment & financial transactions, process improvement and expertise in business management
Main Responsibilities:
- Process Improvement provide strategies for platform, skills, and process enhancement.
- Pillar Playbook Management Improvement and Updates.
- Monitor level of performance across the investment pillar and make decisions to optimize as needed
- Data Integrity and Quality Assurance: Develop and implement data quality checks, validation procedures, and controls to ensure the integrity and accuracy of data in collaboration with Quality Organization
- Support to Production Manager - provide guidance, support, and execute performance management. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work culture, promoting knowledge sharing and professional development
- Process Improvement: Perform proactive evaluation & corrective/evolutive maintenance of all the operational processes. Conduct periodic audits & identify opportunities to enhance processes, streamline workflows, and optimize operations. Implement best practices and standardized procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Reporting: Generate reports and analyze data trends, providing insights to relevant stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making. Support will be provided by reporting team.
- Stakeholder Management: Lead and collaborate with key stakeholders within Sourcescrub (both PH and US) that relates to the investment domain
Qualifications / Skills Summary:
- Min 5 years of experience in Investment and Financial data collection and curation and at least 2 years experience in process and product improvement.
- Knowledge in investment funding stages, hedge fund, private equity and venture capital
- Ability to work independently with mature decision-making skills as demonstrated by previous successes in leading & managing projects that often have an enterprise-wide scope & may have significant cost & time-to-market impacts.
- Strong process orientation, organizational, & planning skills - Planning & prioritizing work to manage time & resources effectively & accomplish assigned tasks
- Solid critical thinking/analytical & problem-solving skills - Applying critical thinking & resourcefulness to understand problems & generate solutions.
- Excellent verbal, written, & presentation skills, & ability to effectively communicate technical & business issues & solutions across multiple organizational levels.
- Experience in Data Stewardship
Job Specific Requirements:
- Bachelors degree from a four-year college or university
- Experience in Banking, Finance and Investment Industry
Salary Package:
₱ 85,000.00 - 150,000.00 (Philippine Peso)
