Key Responsibilities:

• Create compelling graphics and designs for marketing materials, including brochures, social media posts, advertisements, and packaging.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visual content that aligns with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
• Conceptualize and execute creative designs for product launches, events, and promotions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into design work.
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas to stakeholders.
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Artist/Designer or in a similar creative role.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Strong creative, artistic, and visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
