Responsibilities:
- Sales and Customer Service:

- Monitor customer satisfaction and address any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Create a welcoming and engaging store environment that encourages customer loyalty.
- Team Leadership and Development:

- Delegate tasks effectively and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for staff.

- Inventory Management:
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, stocking, and rotating merchandise.
- Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize shrinkage and maximize inventory accuracy.
- Analyze sales data and inventory levels to optimize stock levels and ensure product availability.
- Operations and Store Maintenance:
- Ensure efficient store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and store security.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Oversee store maintenance and address any facility-related issues promptly.
- Financial Management:
- Manage store budgets, control costs, and analyze financial performance to drive profitability.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to improve financial results.

- Sales Growth: Track year-over-year sales growth and compare to targets.

Qualifications:
