Job Description:
Excellent verbal and written English Communication Skills
Average Typing Speed of 45-50 WPM
Excellent and able to Multi-task on the following: Answering email inquiries, Able to do Inbound Calls, Able to do Outbound Calls for Callbacks
Fast learner & highly trainable with good analytical skills
Team player and able to work with less supervision
Knowledge using Microsoft Excel Files
Good problem solver & has a Positive attitude
Must be willing to work graveyard shifts, weekends, and holidays
Well-organized, Responsible, and Initiative
Independent with positive work ethic and passion to succeed
Willing to start immediately
Key Responsibilities
Receive Calls:
Answer incoming service requests from customers promptly and professionally.
Document customer concerns and service needs.
Contact Technicians:
Dispatch technicians to service locations based on priority and availability.
Serve as the central communication point between customers and field technicians.
Enter Calls into ERP (BuildOps):
Accurately log service calls and job details into the companys ERP system (BuildOps).
Confirm Job Completion:
Verify that technicians have completed service calls and submitted necessary recommendations.
Review Job Notes and Report:
Review job notes and ensure all required details are accurate and complete.
Compile and send detailed job reports to customers after service completion.
Team Communication:
Keep the team updated on job statuses, issues, and resolutions through Slack.
