Outbound Sales Team Leader

 Job Description:

  • The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, good leadership skills, with strong sales acumen and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

  • Motivate, train, and manage the outbound sales team to achieve weekly/monthly KPI goals and targets
  • Develop sales training materials including presentations, call flows, call spiels and SOPs to effectively conduct engaging and informative training sessions both in-person and virtually for outbound sales representatives.
  • Liaise effectively between team members and management in the goal to meet sales objectives.
  • Work closely with sales management team and HR to address training needs and ensure a seamless training experience.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team monthly sales targets
  • Recommend improvements that will positively impact sales and efficiency.
  • Prepare, evaluate, and analyze performance reports and take full responsibility for team results

Requirements

  • With at least 1-2 years of experience conducting sales training sessions
  • With at least 2 years of experience as an Outbound Sales Team Leader
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to adapt training content and delivery methods to suit different learning styles and needs.
  • Ability to think strategically and communicate effectively in the achievement of sales objectives.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems a plus
  • Excellent oral and written English communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong goal setting and monitoring aptitude and Can-do' attitude.
  • Be able to demonstrate positive attitude toward team members.
  • Proven track record of selling products or service solutions over the phone within a business-to-business sales environment.
  • Rounded sales and service skills
  • Proven track record of leading and managing a team of outbound sales representatives
