Outbound Sales Team Leader
Job Description:
- The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, good leadership skills, with strong sales acumen and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
- Motivate, train, and manage the outbound sales team to achieve weekly/monthly KPI goals and targets
- Develop sales training materials including presentations, call flows, call spiels and SOPs to effectively conduct engaging and informative training sessions both in-person and virtually for outbound sales representatives.
- Liaise effectively between team members and management in the goal to meet sales objectives.
- Work closely with sales management team and HR to address training needs and ensure a seamless training experience.
- Meet and exceed individual and team monthly sales targets
- Recommend improvements that will positively impact sales and efficiency.
- Prepare, evaluate, and analyze performance reports and take full responsibility for team results
Requirements

- Willingness to go beyond the job description to meet business goals.
- With at least 1-2 years of experience conducting sales training sessions
- With at least 2 years of experience as an Outbound Sales Team Leader
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to adapt training content and delivery methods to suit different learning styles and needs.
- Ability to think strategically and communicate effectively in the achievement of sales objectives.
- Familiarity with CRM systems a plus
- Excellent oral and written English communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong goal setting and monitoring aptitude and Can-do' attitude.
- Be able to demonstrate positive attitude toward team members.
- Proven track record of selling products or service solutions over the phone within a business-to-business sales environment.
- Rounded sales and service skills
- Proven track record of leading and managing a team of outbound sales representatives
