IT Support Engineer

Tasks

1st and 2nd level user support.

Setting up hardware involves several steps, depending on the type of

hardware you're working with.

Administer Windows Client and Server Systems: manage user accounts,

troubleshoot and resolve system issues.

Utilize Linux Servers and Console: perform administrative tasks on Linux

servers and manage and monitor virtualization environments.

Monitor Systems and Manage MDM/Mail Systems.

Qualifications / Additional skills
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related
field.
Relevant certification is an advantage.
Familiar with working in IT and our working tasks as well, at least for 5
years.
Ability of onsite hardware support, especially cabling and moving hardware.
If you are interested in IT as a hobby as well then it will be perfect.
Very service-oriented.
Languages: fluent English at least B2

 Salary Package:

₱ 35,000.00 - 45,000.00 (Philippine Peso)
