A degree in HR, Learning and Development, Psychology
or similar
5-7 years in a Learning or OD role
At least 3 years in a supervisory capacity
People management team of up to 5
Training certifications an advantage
Business consulting/partnering
Learning design (instructional design and content
development)
Learning Facilitation on a broad range of project types
General Learning management
Relationship / stakeholder management
Project development and management
Significant experience working with senior stakeholders
Working in a corporate, matrix organization
