Sales Engineer-Davao

 Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage with allocated leads and analyze the installed base to identify opportunities. Prepare and present tailored proposals for the sale of CTS spare parts and service products.
  • Coordinate with colleagues in Equipment Sales to align strategies, ensure seamless customer experiences, and drive successful sales outcomes while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Promote additional products and services through tele sales, targeted email campaigns, and market research. Actively generate new leads for CTS aftermarket offerings.
  • Increase revenue and profitability within the assigned territory by promoting the full range of Compressor Technique Service products to both new and existing customers, in line with strategic business objectives.
  • Monitor and follow up on customer accounts to ensure prompt payment collection, supporting healthy cash flow and customer relationship management.

Experience:

  • Experience in sales or marketing of industrial products is considered a strong asset.
  • Familiarity with the compressed air market or related products is an added advantage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Holds a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to work.
  • Proficient in digital tools and effective in both verbal and written communication.
  • Skilled in solution selling and capable of developing challenging and emerging markets.
  • Highly motivated, persistent, enthusiastic, and results driven.
  • Analytical, structured, and well-organized in approach to tasks and problem-solving
