Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs and policies to ensure adherence to industry regulations and company standards.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify potential compliance risks and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with various departments to provide guidance and support regarding regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and submit compliance reports to management and regulatory authorities as needed.
• Stay updated on local, national, and international laws applicable to the food manufacturing industry.
• Organize and conduct training sessions for employees on compliance-related topics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Compliance Specialist or in a similar regulatory role.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, especially in the food manufacturing sector.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with integrity.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and compliance management software.
