Job Responsibilities:

1. Cash Flow Management: Monitor daily cash balances and forecast cash requirements to ensure the availability of funds for operational needs.
2. Banking Relations: Establish and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions, negotiate terms and conditions, and optimize banking services to meet the company's needs.
3. Cash Management: Develop and implement cash management strategies to maximize liquidity, minimize idle cash, and optimize investment opportunities.
4. Risk Management: Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, including interest rate risk, foreign exchange risk, and credit risk.
5. Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts, providing insights and analysis to support decision-making.
6. Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including cash flow statements, bank reconciliations, and variance analysis.
7. Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies, staying updated on relevant laws and regulations.
8. Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor treasury staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the efficient operation of the treasury function.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CTP) is preferred but not required.
2. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in treasury management or related financial roles, preferably in the retail or food industry. Experience in cash management, banking relations, and risk management is essential.
