As an Ads Specialist at Toovem, youll take ownership of our paid media strategy, ensuring high-performing campaigns that engage the right audience, generate leads, and drive conversions. What Youll Be Doing:
- Develop, implement, and optimize paid media campaigns across various platforms, including but not limited to Google, Meta, and Bing Ads.
- Conduct thorough market research and audience analysis to identify the best media buying strategies.
- Manage budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of ad spend to maximize performance and ROI.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and other third-party tracking software.
- Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives, copy, and landing pages that drive engagement and conversions.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in media buying, digital marketing, and e-commerce advertising.
- Test and iterate on ad creatives, targeting strategies, and bidding models to optimize campaign performance.
- Ensure all campaigns comply with advertising policies and brand guidelines.
What We Need From You:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital media buying, preferably in an e-commerce or performance marketing environment.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other paid media platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and optimize campaigns for performance.
- Proficiency in A/B testing methodologies and performance tracking.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Knowledge of SEO, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and retargeting strategies is a plus.
- Deep understanding of ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and CPA (Cost per Acquisition) metrics, with the ability to analyze and optimize campaigns based on these KPIs.
Salary Package:
₱ 40,000.00 - 50,000.00 (Philippine Peso)
