What Youll Be Doing:

• Website Construction: Plan and design website layouts, collaborating with design and development teams to set up the website. Write compelling copy for website pages (excluding blogs and application scenario articles).
• Continuous Website Optimization: Partner with design and development teams to enhance web page layouts and copy based on feedback and marketing strategies.
• In-Site Event Planning and Execution: Create comprehensive timelines for promotions and seasonal activities, developing personalized marketing strategies (e.g., coupons, bundling, member-exclusive discounts).

• Product Optimization and New Arrivals: Ensure timely listing of new products, optimize product detail pages for descriptions, images, and keywords to boost conversion rates, and regularly update displays for popular and clearance items.
• Order Exceptions and After-Sales Handling: Review order statuses daily, provide prompt feedback to the international trade department regarding issues like delayed shipments, and assist with order refunds in the backend.
• Customer Service Feedback Follow-Up: Address website-related issues raised by the customer service team and continuously enhance website content presentation.
• Data Analysis and Optimization Review: Monitor and analyze core metrics such as site traffic, conversion rates, and average order value; organize operational data to spot issues and propose targeted solutions.

What We Need From You:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Software Engineering.

• Proven experience in website management or a similar role with measurable success.
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging and informative website content.
• Familiarity with website analytics tools and a solid understanding of KPI metrics.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, particularly design and development.
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
