Application Administrator
Job Description:
By joining us you will
Design and implement functional contact flows allowing our hosting customers to reach
the best agent for their needs
Fix bugs and implement changes in a timely manner
Implement API calls to different business systems
Maintain existing flows, rights groups, configurations and additional apps within our
contact center solution
Connect Genesys Cloud CX to our telephony carriers via SIP, SBC, etc
Develop, maintain and improve our existing toolchain (e.g: Genesys Cloud, Git,
Terraform, Vault)
Support and advise customer care units to improve business efficiency
Take part in on-call duty to maintain 24/7 availability
Continually learn new technologies

What were looking for:
A team player who can easily work with multinational teams
You have experience in at least one scripting language (e.g: Javascript, Python, ...),
including testing and debugging your code after deployment
Familiarity with contact center / call center operations
Your communication skills allow you to communicate technical details to a layman
audience
Understanding of different operating systems
Ideally you already have experience in telephony systems and SIP
Ideally basic knowledge of MySQL or PostgreSQL
Knowledge about data compliance (GDPR) is a plus
Your experience comes from either formal education or practical knowledge
Of course you are fluent in english
Salary Package:
₱ 30,000.00 - 35,000.00 (Philippine Peso)
