Job Summary:
The Franchise Manager will oversee and manage franchise operations for our restaurant chain, ensuring franchisee compliance with company standards and driving growth. This role requires a dynamic individual with extensive experience in restaurant operations, strong leadership skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with franchisees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Franchise Development:
- Identify and recruit potential franchisees.
- Assist in the development and implementation of franchise sales and marketing strategies.
- Evaluate franchise applications and conduct interviews.
- Operational Oversight:
- Provide support and guidance to franchisees to ensure successful restaurant operations.
- Conduct regular visits to franchise locations to ensure adherence to company standards and operational procedures.
- Implement best practices across all franchise locations to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Training and Support:
- Develop and deliver training programs for new franchisees and their staff.
- Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting to franchisees to address operational challenges.
- Compliance and Quality Control:
- Ensure franchisees comply with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of franchise locations.
- Address non-compliance issues and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Financial Management:
- Monitor franchisee financial performance and provide guidance on financial management.
- Assist franchisees in developing and achieving business plans and financial targets.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees, acting as the primary point of contact between the franchisee and the company.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between franchisees and corporate teams.
- Marketing and Brand Management:
- Support franchisees in executing local marketing initiatives.
- Ensure brand consistency across all franchise locations.
- Gather market insights and feedback to inform corporate marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant operations, with at least 2 years in a management role.
- Proven experience in franchise management is highly desirable.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including food safety and quality standards.
- Financial acumen with the ability to analyze financial statements and performance metrics.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to address and resolve issues effectively.
- Ability to travel extensively to franchise locations.

Salary Package:
