JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting. Preferably CPA.
• With at least 5 years managerial experience as Finance Controller
• Excellent problem-solving ability along with solid analytical skills, understanding of the business process, and systems optimization.
• Comfortable interacting with all levels of management in multiple areas.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting.
• Ability to review data and make relevant management decisions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Reviews and ensures the accuracy of financial statements.
• Oversees all financial planning and analysis.
• Set-up and implements internal controls related to AR, Costing, Inventory, Purchasing, and Sales.
• Finding ways to reduce or maintain costs by studying financial reports and business processes.
• Aiding management in financial decisions.
• Maintaining up-to-date financial system knowledge.
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
• Reviews and ensures the accuracy of financial statements.
• Ensure that all business processes in the Company are risk-management compliant
• Ensure that all business adheres to policies, procedures, legislation and standards
