Catalog Specialist
Job Description:
The Catalogue Specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining the accuracy,
integrity, and presentation of our product catalogues for our luxury furniture collection. The
ideal candidate will be a detail-driven, organized individual who can effectively manage
product data, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure that our catalogues
meet the highest standards of quality and brand integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
Catalogue Management: Oversee the creation, maintenance, and updating of
product catalogues, both digital and print, ensuring they reflect the latest product
offerings and design updates.
Product Data Accuracy: Ensure all product information, including descriptions,
specifications, dimensions, pricing, and images, are accurate and up-to-date
across all platforms and catalogues.
Content Coordination: Collaborate with the design, marketing, and sales teams to
gather content, imagery, and product details for new and existing collections.
Visual Presentation: Work closely with the creative team to ensure all product
images, designs, and layouts are visually aligned with the brand's luxury positioning.
Quality Assurance: Conduct regular checks to ensure catalogues are error-free,
aesthetically appealing, and aligned with the brands high standards.
Digital Platform Management: Oversee and manage the online catalogue, ensuring
it is easy to navigate, user-friendly, and optimized for e-commerce.
Product Launch Support: Assist in the planning and execution of catalogue
launches for new products and seasonal collections, including ensuring all relevant
materials are prepared and distributed on time.
Supplier and Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with external vendors,
photographers, and manufacturers to gather product data and ensure timely
delivery of content for the catalogue.
Market Trends Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest trends in luxury furniture
design and market demands to ensure the catalogue reflects the best in the
industry.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Design, or a related field.
Proven experience in catalogue management or product data coordination, ideally
in the luxury furniture or high-end retail industry.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage large amounts of data and
ensure accuracy.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office
(Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, content management systems (CMS), and
digital catalogue tools is a plus.
Salary Package:
₱ 77,000.00 - 109,000.00 (Philippine Peso)
