Duty Manager

 Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance, ensuring all departments meet or exceed hotel standards.
  • Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and resolve any guest complaints or concerns, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction at all times.
  • Oversee the implementation of safety and security procedures to ensure guest and staff safety.
  • Manage the performance of hotel staff during shifts, providing support, coaching, and addressing performance issues when necessary.
  • Ensure all hotel policies and procedures are followed by staff and that proper documentation is maintained.
  • Coordinate with department heads to ensure smooth operation of services (housekeeping, maintenance, F&B, etc.).
  • Monitor hotel occupancy levels, revenue generation, and manage room allocations effectively.
  • Maintain effective communication with senior management regarding issues that arise during the shift.
  • Perform regular walkthroughs of the hotel, inspecting facilities and ensuring cleanliness, safety, and operational standards are upheld.
  • Handle administrative tasks as required, such as shift reports, guest feedback, and incident reporting.
  • Respond to emergency situations and manage critical incidents as they arise, ensuring minimal disruption to hotel operations.

 Salary Package:

₱ 31,000.00 - 35,000.00 (Philippine Peso)
