Salary Range: PHP 22,000 - PHP 25,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide basic healthcare services to employees, including first aid and emergency care.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with company protocols.
• Conduct regular health assessments, including medical examinations and health monitoring.
• Develop and implement health and wellness programs to promote employee well-being.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all employees.
• Collaborate with management to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards.
• Educate employees on health-related topics, including disease prevention and workplace safety.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Nursing.
• Valid PRC license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Proven experience as a Company Nurse or in a similar healthcare role is an advantage.
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety standards.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to respond quickly and effectively in emergency situations.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
