Regional Director (Food) -Davao City
Job Description:
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), the Regional Director
Visayas is responsible for leading and managing the business units of the
region to achieve organizational excellence. He/She establishes the
strategic directions of the region aligned to the companys vision and
mission. He/She leads the team to ensure the achievement of the regions
targets.
Specifically, the Regional Director is accountable and responsible for the
following functions:
1. Controlling coststo maximize revenue.
2. Creating and maintaining supplier and franchisee relationships
3. Developing a thorough understanding of company products as well
as competing products.
4. Diagnosing problems with the running of the business and
formulating effective solutions.
5. Works with department teams to select, evaluate, and approve
opportunities for growth in the market.
6. Other functions as maybe assigned from time to time by the CEO
To ensure that the core business is fundamentally sound with teams
interdependently working to improve profitability and relationships with
third party business complements and support.
To revitalize the Julies network to focus on customers first; improving
performance, driving innovation and improving communication and
transparency within the organization.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree in Business Studies
or any Business Management related course
A Masters Degree in Business Administration is an advantage
Minimum of 10 years of working experience in a Senior Management
position preferably in the food industry
With exposure to bakeshop operations, franchise business, supply chain
management and commissary management
With proven record of meeting and exceeding financial targets
Salary Package:
₱ 150,000.00 - 200,000.00 (Philippine Peso)
