We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Construction Estimator to join our team in Cebu City. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and costs. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate and comprehensive cost estimates for various construction projects, from residential to commercial.

Responsibilities:

• Review project plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare detailed cost estimates
• Perform quantity takeoffs and material calculations
• Solicit and analyze bids from subcontractors and suppliers
• Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
• Prepare and submit cost estimates to clients or internal stakeholders
• Maintain accurate records of all project costs and estimates
• Work collaboratively with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure project success
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, technologies, and best practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction estimating
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and costs
• Proficient in using estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
