Administrative/Executive Assistant

 Job Description:

As an Administrative/Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in

ensuring accurate and thorough data entry while supporting the daily

operations of our Executive, Support, and Sales Management Team. Your

efforts will be aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and maintaining

consistency in tasks, with an eye for process improvements when

needed.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Performing data entry with precision.

Preparing scheduled reports as directed by the Team Lead or Client.

Supporting the administrative functions of the Account, Support and

Sales Management Team efficiently.

Assisting the team in achieving greater task consistency and providing

insights for process enhancements.

To excel in this role, you should possess:

A degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience in Banking, Trade Finance, or insurance-related work (highly

desirable).

A background in customer service/BPO.

Proficiency in Microsoft Applications, particularly Excel.

Strong analytical skills.

The ability to interpret and understand visual data.

Technical expertise in spreadsheets, data analysis, and insurance

procedures.

Additionally, it would be great if you have:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels.

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize

tasks.

Independence and the ability to navigate internal processes with

meticulous attention to detail.

 Salary Package:

₱ 25,000.00 - 30,000.00 (Philippine Peso)
