Description of the position: Learning and Development Manager

Position in the organization: Managerial

Department: Learning and Development

Superior: General Manager

Interactions: General Manager, Production Domain Managers, Production TM, Quality Manager,

Production Manager, Product Manager, HR, IT, Support Group and Admin.

GOALS OF THE POSITION:

The Learning and Development Manager will lead and manage all aspects of learning and

development in the organization. The Training Manager will plan, develop, and execute all

activities pertaining to learning and development of Agent, Supervisors and Managers. He/

She will evaluate, support and coach the training team using various training

methodologies.

Main Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing multiple trainers and organizing their workload,

skillset, and meeting their metrics

Ensures consistency in the delivery of learning across the organization thru

module development and update.

Conducts leadership training for mid to senior leadership. Will acts as a

management trainer for trainings targeting the above-mentioned positions

Assess the effectiveness of the training programs currently being

implemented and to be developed

Analyzes training needs, identify appropriate training solutions and partner

with the operations for new training programs and reinforcement training

Manage and consistently update the company LMS and ensure accuracy of

content

Qualifications / Skills Summary:

At least 7 years overall experience in as a Learning and Development Trainer;

at least 5 years in managerial capacity in a Fintech environment

Ability to quickly identify issues and risks and provide recommendations to

the leadership team

Analytical and facts-based decision maker

Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills

Experienced in training needs analysis and developmental trainings for

leadership team

Job Specific Requirements:

Formal Qualifications Bachelors degree from a four-year college or university or similar work

experience required.

- Excellent communications skills both verbal and written.

- Highly organized and flexible.

 Salary Package:

₱ 80,000.00 - 120,000.00 (Philippine Peso)
