AlediumHR Referral Terms & Conditions

AlediumHR welcomes referrals of qualified professionals for employment opportunities represented by our firm. These terms explain how referrals are handled and the circumstances under which referral compensation may be available.
Referral Eligibility
Individuals may recommend qualified candidates for consideration by AlediumHR.
Submitting a referral does not automatically establish eligibility for compensation or create a contractual relationship with AlediumHR.
Referral Fees
AlediumHR does not offer or pay referral fees for every position, candidate, or successful placement.
Referral compensation is available only when AlediumHR has expressly authorized a referral-fee arrangement in writing before the referral is submitted.
Any authorized arrangement must specify the applicable position or search, referral amount, eligibility requirements, and payment conditions.
Verbal discussions, general references to referral opportunities, or the submission of candidate information do not independently establish an obligation to pay a referral fee.
Candidate Consent
Individuals submitting referrals must have the candidate's permission to share their professional information with AlediumHR.
Referrers should not submit confidential or sensitive personal information without appropriate authorization.
Existing Candidates and Duplicate Referrals
AlediumHR may decline referrals involving candidates already known to the firm, previously submitted for consideration, actively engaged in a recruiting process, or referred by another source.
AlediumHR reserves the right to determine referral eligibility in accordance with any applicable written referral agreement.
Placement and Payment
When an authorized referral-fee arrangement exists, payment eligibility will be determined exclusively by the terms of that written arrangement.
A candidate's interview, offer, acceptance, or employment does not independently create a referral-fee obligation.
Any payment is subject to applicable law, tax reporting requirements, and the agreed referral conditions.
Restrictions
Referral arrangements are subject to applicable laws and professional obligations. AlediumHR may decline arrangements that create actual or potential conflicts of interest, violate employer policies, or are otherwise prohibited.
No Guarantee
AlediumHR does not guarantee that referred candidates will be contacted, interviewed, presented to an employer, or hired.
All referrals are evaluated according to the qualifications and requirements of the positions being recruited.
