What You Bring to the Table

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).

• Experience: 10+ years in innovation, R&D, or new product development within capital equipment or packaging.

• Leadership: 5+ years managing global teams of 50+ professionals, fostering product innovation.

• Industry Expertise: Background in multinational organizations with capital equipment offerings, ideally in plastics or packaging.

• Change Agent Mindset: Proven success in leading large teams through transformational growth and operational excellence.
