Position Overview:
As the RN Supervisor of Urgent Care, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating daily operations and ensuring seamless patient flow across all Urgent Care Centers (UCC). You will oversee staffing levels, patient care supplies, and administrative functions, all while fostering a culture of excellence in clinical service, fiscal responsibility, and employee engagement.
This leadership role requires close collaboration with Urgent Care Supervisors and Charge Nurses, ensuring operational efficiency and high-quality patient care. Additionally, you will serve as the primary point of contact for resolving issues related to staffing, patient concerns, and facility operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively coordinate daily operationsacross multiple Urgent Care Centers
- Evaluate and manage staffing needsto maintain optimal patient care levels
- Monitor and maintain patient care supplies to ensure seamless service delivery
- Work closely with UCC leadership to achieve operational goals
- Serve as the administrative lead for Charge Nurses and Plaza Managers, addressing and resolving operational challenges

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors Degree required; BSN preferred
- Licenses & Certifications: Registered Nurse (RN), Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required
