We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Clinical Laboratory Technologist to perform accurate and timely laboratory analyses that support comprehensive patient care. This role also involves guiding and training staff while assisting the leadership team in maintaining high-quality lab operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct precise laboratory analyses to ensure accurate diagnostic results.
• Maintain timeliness, accuracy, and professionalism in all laboratory functions.
• Support and mentor lab staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality patient care.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelors Degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory, Biological, Chemical, Physical, or related science (or equivalent education as required by the State of Florida).

Licensure & Certifications:

• State of Florida Clinical Laboratory Technologist License in appropriate discipline(s) (Required).
• Clinical Laboratory Supervisor License preferred.
