Your Role as a Contract Healthcare Recruiter

• Identify and Engage Talent: Source top-tier healthcare professionals across various specialties. 
• Guide the Hiring Process: Build strong relationships with candidates, guiding them through every stage of the process.
• Collaborate Closely: Partner with our internal team to deliver exceptional candidates that meet client needs.
• Represent Excellence: Be the face of AlediumHR and uphold our values of professionalism, innovation, and integrity.

What Were Looking For

• Proven Experience: A track record of success as a direct hire contract recruiter, ideally in healthcare. Salaried recruiters transitioning to 1099 roles typically are not successful.
• Outstanding Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates.
• Self-Driven Focus: A goal-oriented mindset and the ability to excel independently.
• Recruitment Expertise: Familiarity with recruitment platforms and modern sourcing techniques. Have access to said platforms, but we will also provide resources. 

Compensation

• Earn 40%-60% of placement fees for each successful hire.
• Placement fees will vary by position and cover both clinical and non-clinical roles. ️
• This is not a salaried position. You will have the freedom and unlimited earning potential of an independent contractor.
