ALCOR is a growing tech company that offers an all-in-one-place solution for tech product companies to build their software R&D centers from 0 to 100 developers in LATAM and Eastern Europe.

Our clients: People ai, Grammarly, BigCommerce, Ledger, Sift, and many others.

We are looking for a talented Event Manager to take our internal communications to the next level.

Become a part of an international team and implement your own creative and effective communication strategies.

What tasks await you:

-Organize internal corporate events to increase the level of team engagement.
-Build an internal communication plan for the international team.
-Be responsible for the communication platform (Microsoft Teams).
-Create and implement a content plan for the companys social media (Instagram).
-Inform employees about news and events in the company.
-Prepare materials for all activities (banners, survey forms).
-Contribute to the improvement of processes that determine employee experience.

Our ideal candidate:

-Has relevant work experience from 2-3 years.
-Has Upper-Intermediate English level. We have colleagues who speak only English, so this is a must-have.
-Work experience with content in different formats: social media, emails, etc.
-Able to work with editors to process photo/video content, knows internal communication tools.
-Creative, attentive to details, and able to present information professionally.
-Work experience with an international team will be an advantage.
