Job Openings SDR (Outbound)

About the job SDR (Outbound)

Alcor is a growing tech company that offers an all-in-one solution for tech product companies to build their software R&D centers from 0 to 100 developers in LATAM and Eastern Europe.

Our clients: People.aі, Grammarly, BigCommerce, Ledger, Sift, and many others.

We are looking for a proactive Sales Development Representative (Outbound) responsible for communicating with prospects and supporting pre-sales operations.

As part of the Marketing & Sales team, your main goal will be to qualify and nurture leads to SQL, support the sales team with operations, and manage outbound channels. By joining us, you will have a chance to directly impact the company's growth.

      Responsibilities:

  • Building and running outbound campaigns for the US market end-to-end.
  • Researching target accounts, defining the right personas and trigger events, and building and enriching your target lists.
  • Writing cold outreach for email and LinkedIn — and testing it until the reply rate goes up.
  • Setting up and running email sequences and multi-channel campaigns.
  • Bringing new ideas, channels and tools to the table, and proposing what we should try next.
  • Booking qualified meetings for our sales lead — the target is a minimum of 5 SQLs per month.
  • Keeping your pipeline clean and up to date in the CRM.
  • Working alongside the marketing team so that brand and demand-gen activity support your outreach in the same accounts.
  • Sharing the numbers and the learnings — what worked, what didn't, what changes next.

       Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of hands-on outbound experience — SDR, BDR, lead generation or outbound sales.
  • English — C1. You'll be talking and writing to people outside Alcor every day.
  • Experience with outbound to the US market: you know how it works in practice and can apply it from day one.
  • You've built the target lists and written the messaging yourself, not only pressed "send" in a sequence someone else set up.
  • Experience with email automation tools and CRM systems.
  • You can manage yourself, set your own priorities, and move forward with little guidance.
  • You like testing new approaches, you learn fast, and this kind of work energises you rather than bores you.
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator — experience with it is preferable.

       Nice to have

  • Background in B2B services — IT services, staffing, EOR or R&D-as-a-service.
  • Experience reaching out to CTOs, VPs of Engineering, Heads of Talent or founders at tech companies.
  • Experience building an outbound function from scratch.

    Benefits
  • Work format. Flexible schedule and the opportunity to work remotely. Whether you prefer working from home or another location, you'll have the freedom to choose the most convenient environment for you.
  • Development. We have an English Speaking Club, a reading club, regular trainings, management trainings, and useful information sessions. Plus, we conduct annual Performance Reviews and monthly 1:1s to support your career development.
  • Recognition. We reward initiative, proactivity, and great ideas. We will be happy to add a bonus to your remuneration for great improving processes or delivering wow results for our clients.
  • The team. You will work with a friendly team of professionals who will share their experience and knowledge with you. From your first day at work, you will have a mentor who will assist you with adaptation.
  • Working conditions. Salary — pegged to the USD exchange rate, 20 working days of vacation, days off, and paid sick leave.
  • Corporate culture and mission. Our values — focus, fun, self-development, openness, and the wow effect. We're on a mission to empower great tech companies to save the world by making access to tech talent as simple as possible.
