Delivery Manager Infrastructure (Access Management)

Context

Founded in 2014, Ledger is the global platform for digital assets and Web3. Over 15% of the world's crypto assets are secured through Ledger Devices. Headquartered in Paris and Vierzon, with offices in the UK, US, Switzerland and Singapore, Ledger has a team of more than 700 professionals and has sold over 5 million hardware wallets across 180 countries.

Ledger is looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to drive Infrastructure projects and create value by industrializing and optimizing the Infrastructure Core, Tools and Platforms used daily by software engineering and cybersecurity teams. Experience working with offshore teams is required; an as a service product mindset is a plus, as we want to strengthen our roadmap offer to Engineering teams.

Main Missions

• Drive project execution from definition to deployment: project plan, risk management, action plans, and communication with stakeholders and associated teams
• Ensure reporting and stakeholder management
• Support the as a service Roadmap and Portfolio Management process
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, providing feedback on delivery performance and process efficiency

Priorities

• Focus first on Access Management objectives and projects, including infrastructure security improvements and DevOps
• Ensure Jira data quality according to Delivery guidelines
• Prepare team capacity planning and forecasting
• Produce a detailed monthly activity report
• Prepare and publish reports and dashboards for stakeholders

Platforms & Tools

• Platforms (good understanding of the project environment): Vercel, JFrog, EKS, Datadog, AWS Management, Okta, GitHub, Grafana, Prometheus
• Tools (hands-on proficiency): Jira – advanced level required Office / Google Suite
• AI tooling: Comfortable leveraging AI assistants and skills in daily work (e.g. Claude, Cursor) to boost productivity and reporting

We Are Looking For

Experience: About 5–10 years of successful experience as a PMO or Project Manager in a tech company, with a proven ability to lead technical projects end-to-end

Technical knowledge: Strong understanding of Infrastructure and Platform Engineering concepts; familiarity with CI/CD tools and infrastructure security practices

Methodologies: Knowledge and experience of various project management strategies and approaches (Agile/Waterfall, SAFe, V-cycle)

Certification: PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent will be appreciated

AI mindset: Familiarity with AI tools and skills (e.g. Claude, Cursor) and a proactive approach to using them for project management, automation and reporting

Soft skills: Motivated, empathetic, proactive, organized, with strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities; ensures collaboration across teams to reach great results

Languages: Proficiency in English

Collaboration & Travel Requirements

This role requires periodic travel to Ledger's Paris office (at least once per quarter, possibly more) for onsite meetings
