What You'll Do
- Tech Infrastructure Leadership: Drive the expansion and modernization of our tech stack, shaping architecture and strategy for long-term scalability
- Hands-On Development: Write high-quality, scalable code across front-end and back-end, aligned with project goals and technical standards
- Documentation Excellence: Set the standard for clear, detailed, and accessible documentation for code, systems, and processes
- Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a team of talented developers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance
- Agile Product Focus: Champion a product-centric agile methodology with continuous deployment, automated testing, and minimal maintenance overhead
What You Bring
- Proven senior-level development experience on high-performance, client-facing web systems
- Strong expertise in headless CMS — particularly Next.js and builder.io
- Proficiency in server/client-side JavaScript with React, Webpack, and Vite
- Experience establishing coding standards, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing practices
- Demonstrated ability to optimize Core Web Vitals for superior user experiences
- Solid front-end skills in CSS3/HTML5, with full-stack capability or readiness to engage across the stack
- Exceptional collaboration skills — comfortable leading architectural discussions and driving solutions cross-functionally
