Senior UX Product Designer

About the Position
We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our team and lead the design for BIScience products.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in SaaS and data visualization products with a keen eye for details, is passionate about user experience, and driving vision from concept to delivery.

What You'll Do

• Drive the product design vision for various products.
• Partner with development teams and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality product experiences, based on UX methodologies, research, and user testing.
• Gather and prioritize needs, in collaboration with the product management team, from internal and external sources to ensure business goals are met.
• Generate concept designs and prototypes for new features and products.
• Evaluate solutions through various methods such as usability and A/B testing.
• Identify new opportunities to create better user experience.
• Enhance and improve the current design system and components.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in designing complex and innovative UX solutions for a global B2B SaaS company (must have)
• Proven track record of delivering visual designs, UI research, wireframing, prototypes, and usability testing (must have)
• Strong expertise in Figma, Illustrator, and prototyping tools (must have)
• B2 English
• Ability to lead and define features from idea to development as an individual contributor.
• A big plus would be having a background in designing data visualization or analytics products
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to clearly explain complex concepts and design rationale.
• Self-driven with extreme ownership mindset and a can do approach
• Knowledge of popular UI component libraries and design system methodologies
• Understanding of fundamental technical principles, including client-server architecture, API design, and data transmission, to create seamless user experiences.

Nice to Have:
Experience working with Jira/ Confluence/ Notion, or similar tools.
