QA Engineer

About the role

We're looking for a technically-minded QA Engineer to join the Ledger Enterprise team on a contract basis. You'll work within product squads, contributing to manual and automated testing efforts to ensure high-quality deliverables across our B2B platform.

What you'll be doing

• Reviewing product specifications early in the development cycle to identify gaps, ambiguities, and testability concerns (shift-left approach)
• Performing manual and exploratory feature testing based on specifications

• Writing and maintaining UI end-to-end automated tests with Playwright

• Optionally, extending coverage to Public API testing

• Collaborating with engineers and product stakeholders to identify risks and define quality criteria

• Actively using AI-assisted tools as part of your daily workflow

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of QA experience, with exposure to both manual and automated testing
• Hands-on experience with TypeScript or JavaScript for test automation; Playwright is a strong plus
• Comfortable with Unix/shell scripting and basic Kubernetes knowledge (logs, pods, debugging test environments)

• English proficiency at B2 level or above

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-squad environment

• Clear communicator, able to surface risks and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Nice to have

• Experience in blockchain, crypto, or fintech products

• Public API testing experience (REST)

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines

• Experience with TMS and project tools such as Xray, Confluence, and JiraFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines
