We are currently seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join their presale and project teams for long-term collaboration on an American HealthTech and Compliance Management product. This role will be instrumental in driving the success and growth of our ongoing initiatives.
As a Business Analyst you will:
- Conduct the business analysis activities throughout the project SDLC:
- Plan the business analysis approach and activities;
- Perform the solution analysis using the best practices and techniques;
- Create and manage the backlog;
- Manage the requirements throughout the SDLC;
- Actively participate in project ceremonies;
- Perform impact and gap analysis;
- Manage change requests.
- Participate in presale processes in terms of lead qualification, action plan elaboration, and business analysis conduction.
- Conduct discovery phases in terms of the following activities:
- Plan and align discovery activities with the discovery team;
- Lead the discovery activities;
- Manage the discovery team processes;
- Create discovery phase artifacts;
- Present the solution to the client.
Here is the experience that will help you to do the job:
- 4+ years of BA experience in IT outsourcing companies.
- Profound understanding and handling of the software development lifecycle.
- Proficient stakeholder management experience.
- Close collaboration with the business owners in terms of product strategy elaboration, market analysis, success criteria definition, strategic and delivery road mapping, requirements prioritization, and product efficiency analysis.
- Efficient discovery conduction (Product vision, market research, competitors analysis, product roadmap, etc.).
- Backlog management (creation, refinement, prioritization).
- Sound experience in requirements elicitation and management (user stories, specifications, use cases, non-functional requirements, etc.).
- Modeling techniques knowledge and use (UML, BPMN).
- Ability to drive projects from the beginning to the end with minimal guidance.
- Investigation of new business requests and analysis of feasibility and impact on the product and business processes.
- Create and maintain the product-related documentation (solution specification, user guide, etc.).
- Experience in developing integration requirements.
- Advanced English (writing and speaking).
- Approaches: Scrum, Waterfall.
- Tools: Jira, Confluence, Miro, Trello, G-Suite, Figma.
Nice to have:
- Technical background.
- Previous BA experience working with B2B & B2B2C products.
