QA Engineer (EOR - Part Time)

About the Role:

Building the EOR Platform is Alcors strategic priority. Our mission is to empower clients through service automation, process optimization, and seamless global workforce management. Unlike traditional CRMs, our EOR Platform is a technically comprehensive solution that sets a new standard in global workforce management.

Were seeking a part-time QA Engineer to cover the testing direction in our team. Youll play a key role in platform testing, managing feedback from stakeholders, and shaping the testing process. This role is an opportunity to contribute to Alcors mission by helping build a world-class EOR platform.

Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with the Product Manager and Developers

· Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including preparing test cases for upcoming sprints

· Analyze requirements to identify potential issues early in the development process

· Prepare and organize test cases

· Manage testing documentation

· Adhere to task review SLAs

· Working with isolated environments

Requirements:

· Strong sense of responsibility and a systematic approach to work

· Availability of at least 20 hours per week with daily engagement

· Experience with testing tools for test case organization

· Strong problem-solving abilities; able to identify root causes and resolve technical or tool-related issues

· Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies

· Proficiency in SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
