What you'll do
- Work closely with our Product team to take raw concepts and translate them into elegant user interfaces
- Deliver wireframes, high-fi delity mockups, and interactive click-through demos
- Create responsive designs for accessible, diverse screen sizes
- Participate in user research with our enterprise users
- Convert mockups into artifacts that our UI engineers can integrate into their apps
- Work across our UI teams and build shared style guides and templates
Who you are
- A solid track record of designing innovative web designs and user experiences, especially with enterprise products or platforms
- Hands-on experience with Figma, or other prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.
- A solid understanding of HTML / CSS
- An appreciation for typography demonstrated through previous work
- Resilient in the face of challenges, change, and ambiguity
- Optimistic and believe that you can make a problem into a solution
- Resourceful, excited to uncover innovative solutions and teach yourself something new when needed
- Take accountability, do the things you say youll do, under-promise and over-deliver
- Nimble and adaptable when priorities change and continue to see the forest through the trees

Your skill-set:
- Experience working with native UI guidelines, responsive web, user interface, accessibility, and visual design standards
- Strong experience in creating and maintaining design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across a suite of products
- Strong communication skills with the ability to document design process and mark up designs for handoff to developers
- Creative and flexible problem solver with the ability to extract meaningful insights from multiple sources of data
- Bachelors degree or higher (or equivalent professional experience) in HCI, Interface Design, Interaction Design, Design, Information Science, Communication Design or relevant technical discipline
- Knowledge of agile methodologies is helpful

Within 30 days, youll

-  Complete onboarding and understand Pindrop as a product and the voice technology space. Start getting to know your team and company culture. Begin initial role-based training and attend required security and compliance training.

Within 60 days, youll

- Accomplish some quick wins and add value. Understand your team goals and help build the OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) for the next quarter. Establish relationships with key partners for continued collaboration.
Within 90 days, youll
-  Continue to add value and integrate with your team. Feel confi dent in your role and be familiar with Pindrop's core values, sales cycle, and value proposition. Complete a 90-day check-in with your manager to discuss wins, blockers, and next steps.
