About the Opportunity
We are partnering with a global leader in semiconductor solutions to find a passionate and technically sharp Online Field Application Engineer (FAE) — Analog & Power. This is a client-facing technical role where you will be the go-to expert for mass market customers and channel partners across your region, providing both pre- and post-sales engineering support on industry-leading analog and power products.

What You'll Be Doing
- Serve as the primary technical resource for customers and partner FAEs on catalog Analog & Power products
- Provide personalized post-sales support via email and video — diagnosing real design problems and solving them efficiently
- Partner with sales teams on pre-sales engagements, understanding customer requirements and positioning the right product solutions competitively
- Enable and upskill distribution partner FAEs with training materials, demos, and technical collateral they need to win
- Escalate and highlight gaps in customer opportunities, actively participating in regional business reviews
- Own your customer relationships — be their advocate internally and their most trusted technical contact externally
What You'll Bring
- 18-30 months of hands-on experience with Analog and Power products (P2/P3 level depending on experience)
- Solid foundational knowledge across:
- DC-DC converters (Buck, Boost, Buck-Boost)
- Battery Management Systems
- Discrete Power components
- Analog building blocks (Op-Amps, ADC, DAC)
- Understanding of passive/active power elements (inductors, capacitors) and basic layout and thermal considerations
- Strong communication skills — confident explaining complex technical concepts 1-on-1, in writing, and in group settings
- Ability to manage multiple open customer issues simultaneously without dropping the ball
- Genuine passion for embedded systems and power/analog design
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or equivalent
- Willingness to travel occasionally (less than 5%)

- Design-ins confirmed with customers (DIN)
- Opportunities successfully moved to production (DWIN)
- Regional revenue contribution as part of a collaborative team goal
