Our client is a fast growing trading solution company (Covering the product of FX, dual currency deposit, interest rate, and derivative), it is now looking for business development manager to take care of the 360 sales cycle for its expansion. This is an exciting opportunity to see the grow of the team and the business in a global business.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for 360 Sales Cycle
- Engaging in prospecting and generating leads, encompassing sourcing and delivering pitches.
- Strategizing sales calls, arranging meetings, and following up post calls.
- Creating and delivering presentations, along with managing documentation.
- Taking ownership of sales processes and their implementation.
- Ensuring post-sale follow-up, driving repeat sales, and executing upselling strategies.
- Nurturing and cultivating strong client relationships, collaborating with the Trading team as needed.
- Generate revenue from new business initiatives;
- Onboard new clients
- Statistics indicating the growth of new business (Accounts traded);
- Engaging with both new and existing client through calls, leads generated/moved, system notes, Zoom calls, face-to-face meetings);
- Establish and manage client relationship through positive client feedback;
Requirements:
- Previous engagement in Business to Business (BtoB) sales, showcasing a solid sales background.
- Desirable experience in a regulated financial services establishment.
- Established history of functioning as a Sales Manager in a dynamic commercial sales arena, encompassing both in-person and telephonic sales.
- Articulate proficiency in comprehending end-to-end sales processes.
- Exemplification of robust sales techniques, encompassing persuasion, negotiation, and closure skills.
- Manifestation of clear comprehension regarding the significance of risk management and compliance within a regulated framework.
- Knowledge in Financial trading products
- Earning trust when interacting with clients and colleagues within a multifaceted organization spanning diverse cultures and geographic regions.
- Sets a model example, personifying the company's culture and values.
- Fosters an atmosphere of psychological safety, encouraging innovation, creativity, and heightened productivity.
- Capable of foreseeing potential challenges and risks, and effectively addressing them.
- Ensuring the quality and upkeep of all documentation related to their department's systems, controls, policies, and procedures.
- Upkeep of records pertaining to decision-making processes.
