About the job (Senior) Sales Manager - IT Infrastructure
Our client is a IT infrastructure solutions provider, it is strong in providing services related to desktop, maintenance, office relocation, datacenter set up and etc. It is now looking for sales managers to join its expansion for a few new markets.
Responsibilities:
- Foster and nurture relationships with designated partners, engaging in consistent communication and interactive initiatives.
- Build a sales team with the targeted market
- Serve as the main point of contact for partners, overseeing daily sales processes, and collaborating with directors to optimize partnership value by efficiently managing partners and implementing account strategies.
- Deliver partner training and assistance to ensure a comprehensive grasp of our products/services, empowering partners to effectively showcase them to their clientele.
- Evaluate and assess partner performance, offering insights into new business requirements to enhance partner achievements and stimulate revenue expansion.
- Collaborate closely with essential stakeholders from partner organizations and internal teams.
- Create and present advancement updates and concise summaries encompassing sales orders, partner performance, and pivotal metrics.
Requirements:
- Possess a degree in Business, Engineering, or a related IT field.
- Solid work experience in tech sales for IT infrastructure
- Familiarity with Desktop Solutions/ Data Connectivity/ Datacenter/ Cloud/ Security products is desirable.
- Demonstrated history of exceptional performance and professionalism, supported by a proven sales record.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Exhibit robust strategic thinking and adeptness in solving challenges, coupled with the capacity to conceive and implement inventive sales tactics.
