Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Relations Officer / Customer Service professional to join our team at our café in Khobar. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring excellent customer experiences, promoting a positive atmosphere, and handling customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and warmth.
- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the café, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
- Address customer inquiries, provide menu recommendations, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a calm and effective manner.
- Handle customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely service.
- Process payments and issue receipts in accordance with café policies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, ensuring a comfortable environment for customers.
- Ensure the café runs smoothly during peak hours by coordinating with team members and managing customer flow.
- Promote café specials, loyalty programs, and events to customers.
- Handle customer feedback and follow up with management to ensure continuous improvement of service standards.
- Keep track of customer preferences and build strong relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Assist in inventory management and ensure stock levels are adequate.
- Previous experience in customer service or the food & beverage industry is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
- Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet.
- Must be punctual, reliable, and a team player.
- Basic computer skills and experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
