Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Operations Manager with over 5 years of expertise in the Food, Cafe, Bakery, Restaurant and Production industry.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Operations Management:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the Restaurant , Cafe , Bakery production lines.
Utilize modern technologies to streamline production processes and monitor operational performance effectively.
Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement and efficiency.
2. Staff Management & Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and supervise teams of production workers, supervisors, and other staff members.
Build a culture of teamwork and innovation through coaching, training programs, and regular performance feedback.
Ensure adherence to health and safety standards, creating a positive and safe working environment.
3. Quality Control:
Work closely with the quality assurance team to ensure product consistency and excellence.
Resolve quality control issues promptly while maintaining high production standards.
4. Supply Chain & Inventory Management:
Oversee raw material procurement and manage inventory levels to avoid disruptions.
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and address any supply chain issues.
5. Production Planning:
Plan and monitor production schedules based on demand, seasonal changes, and market conditions.
Track production progress and resolve bottlenecks to ensure timely delivery.
6. Cost Management:
Monitor and manage operational budgets, including evaluating departmental expenditures, ensuring efficient resource allocation, and implementing cost-control measures. Collaborate with the finance team to analyze financial reports and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize costs and improve profitability
Identify cost-saving opportunities through process optimization and waste reduction.
7. Compliance & Regulations:
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including HACCP and ISO certifications.
Conduct regular safety and hygiene audits to maintain standards.
8. Continuous Improvement:
Drive initiatives to enhance efficiency, product quality, and team engagement.
Utilize Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies to achieve operational excellence.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Food Science, Operations Management, or a related field (Masters degree is a plus).
5+ years of experience in operations management within the Restaurant , Cafe , Bakery or production industry.
Proven expertise in managing teams, improving production processes, and delivering high-quality products.
Strong understanding of food safety, quality control standards, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets effectively.
Proficiency in production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar improvement methodologies.
Experience with supply chain management and inventory systems in a production environment.
Certifications in food safety, quality, or manufacturing best practices.
